Our warranty is merely an addition to the incredible dedication to quality and service we bring to San Jose.

Our association with NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry) places us in an incredible pool of talent and expertise. We rub elbows with the top-performers and home remodelers in the industry and have near-endless resources for finding the answers you need. We do weekly meetings with our clients on large projects. Each week, we come together and review the project’s details, progress, plans for the future, and actionable items for the coming week. Our clients bring their desires, plans, change orders, and anything else they want to discuss, and together we move forward to bring your project to reality.

“The contractor hereby limits his liability for defective materials or installation to the replacement or correction of the defective material and/or installation, and no other claims or demands whatsoever will be made upon or allowed against the contractor. This limited warranty extends only to the owner and is not transferable. The contractor hereby gives notice that there is neither an implied warranty of merchantability nor any implied warranty of fitness for any particular purpose. There are no other warranties, either expressed or implied. This warranty will terminate one year from the final building inspection. In order for a warranty to be valid, the owner must have performed required/suggested maintenance work, I.E., filters, paint, caulking, sealing, etc. Equipment, assemblies, or units (for example, appliances, fans, and fixtures) purchased by the contractor are sold and installed with only the manufacturer’s or processor’s guarantee or warranty. Any claim for relief for such items will be pursued only against the manufacturer or processor. To the extent permitted by law, all warranties and guarantees given to the contractor will inure to the benefit of the owner.”
