Our scheduling process involves creating a project Gantt Chart schedule at the beginning of the project to help our team stay on track and on time. This Gantt Chart schedule also helps you plan for your role in the project’s scope. We indicate on the schedule when you need to select materials in order for us to order material on time. This makes the project easier for you and ensures a smooth beginning to end process.

We conduct weekly meetings with our clients on our projects. Each week, we come together, and review the project schedule, project details, project questions, upcoming milestones, and actionable items for the coming weeks.
