Management

Mark is an expert contractor bringing over 17 years of experience in effective project management to the community. You’ll find Mark doing estimates, sales, and on-site with our construction and home remodeler teams. Mark dedicates his daily routine to bring your vision to life.

Dave Irwin

Field Manager/Lead Carpenter

Dave has been in the business for 40+ years and intimately understands how to bring your dreams to life. He brings extensive knowledge and experience in framing, finishing, installation, and carpentry.

Paul Wagner

Finance

Paul brings financial expertise, track-home building experience, and a lifetime of wisdom to Irwin Wagner Construction and the San Jose area. As Mark’s father, Paul has mentored generations of contractors and builders and is an invaluable member of the team dynamic.

Vicente Flores

Apprentice Carpenter

Vicente is our newest addition to the team and an apprentice at Irwin Wagner Construction. We are thrilled to see his growth over time and can’t wait to help him realize our future together.
